I accidentally killed the GBA. I decided to replace the screen lens with the one supplied with the backlight kit, but I accidentally left a bit of metal on the back of the screen exposed, which then made contact with the main circuit board, which fried the system. So now I simply have a dead GBA. I'll probably buy a new one some other time and redo the screen again later... Also at the time of writing this I am in North Dakota for a family gathering. I was able to film a siren that goes off daily at the town I'm in, and I also have been taking pictures, some of which I will upload to Flickr. Anyways, that's it for now. -MP
